A startup aimed to create a web platform that helps business owners easily issue tenders and find local fire safety service providers. For providers, it offers a chance to secure jobs quickly under transparent conditions, while business owners can choose the best offer based on price and quality. Our task was to create a solution that would make this process quick and efficient. I joined the design agency after the UX research and wireframing stages, so my responsibility was solely focused on the UI.

That's why he decided to create a service that could effectively address their pain points, solve problems, and meet their key needs.

✦ The platform should take many factors into consideration, but it also needs to be simple for quick adoption by both inspectors and business owners.
✦ All current inspections of legal facilities are complicated for regular users and not transparent.
✦ Create the ability for the service provider to quickly respond to client messages and submit service delivery requests.

✦ The SaaS was developed based on the most common interaction patterns with interfaces to fit within the startup's budget while making it accessible to all users.
✦ A system for tracking and viewing all tender operations was developed to improve record-keeping and understanding of the process.
✦ We have developed a mobile adaptive version exclusively for the service provider, so they always have access to the platform, no matter where they are.

SOLUTIONS
The project is very complex, so our team created the Information Architecture to better understand how it works. Although it wasn't required by our client, it was essential for us, so we aligned all the minor details together. After that, I based the creation of the new screens for the project on it.

SOLUTIONS
Two different versions of the product were created through separate registrations. One is for business owners, and the other is for service providers. They differ significantly in functionality based on their needs. Business owners may require either one-time services or long-term service contracts. Service providers, on the other hand, can apply to these tenders with up to three people per application.

Great work was done on the project. The client always responded quickly to our requests and provided timely feedback, allowing us to make adjustments. From this experience, I learned that even the simplest task, such as creating only the UI, can become complex if there are no basic UX research findings to rely on.
